If you haven't been a caregiver for a dying loved one, you have absolutely NO idea. It's the hardest thing you will ever do, but there's no way you wouldn't do it. Well done, faithful daughters

The viewers mentioning weight gain and bad skin are not nice people and should be ignored. You both look great!

Gaining only 15 pounds during something so traumatic and life-changing is not a fail. Not even close.
  • @nestkeeper
This is a good example of why we should be kind to everyone. We don’t know what they’re going through.

My precious girls!!!! I am 80 years old and been on keto 4 plus years…have lost 84 pounds…more importantly…not been ill!!!! I lost my Mother, Father, Sister and many bffs to cancer…I can honestly say …I feel your pain! I respect your lovely positive attitudes BUT if I (and thousands of others like me) had known what you were going through, we would have prayed EVERYDAY for you and your family!!!! Be sure, I will pray for all of you from this day forward!!!! God bless you as you work through your grief and thank you so very much for all you do!!!! Love and smiles in Jesus!!!♥️♥️♥️

Dear Sisters, that small weight gain IS A WIN! I'm in a life crisis since 2022 and used food for comfort - totally OFF keto and gained more than 70 pounds back. You are great daughters and did wonderful by your dad!
  • Never once did I think you’ve gained weight either of you ! people never cease to annoy me ugh I’m so sorry for your loss , so sad .
  • My heart breaks for you two and your family. You don't owe anyone an explanation. So... it is my deepest hope that you made this video for yourselves, and for healing. People can be so cruel, but you know that. I love the photos of your Dad. Thanks for sharing with us something so personal. 💙
  • Don't listen to the meanies. The more popular you get, unfortunately the more detractors find you. You guys are so wonderful. Thank you so much for brightening our lives even during your darkest days.
  • I lost my dad at 19 to cancer, I was his caretaker, I'm now close to the age he died. He was 71 and I'm now 70. I use to live in Illinois and worked downtown at northwestern. I miss the scenery. I now live in California.... I kept seeing your videos, but never clicked on them. I'm glad I did.❤

I'm an old lady, it was serendipity that I found you . I am ashamed of those who have nothing better in their soul than to criticize you or anyone else. The year after I lost my dad, I quite frankly lost my mind. I was just lost. You must grieve, whatever that looks like for you, it must happen. Don't skip a step, you will need to go through every inch of it for your own good. I admire you ladies so much. Please know that you are very special to us. May God give you strength and the peace that only He can give.
  • Stress can cause weight gain. To the viewers who critique your weight…..GRRRRRR. 🙄. You guys do a great job
  • @HollyWaznik
Bless you both for honoring, respecting, and caring for your beloved father❤ Well done.
  • Grief changes your life and it takes a few YEARS to recalibrate. You keep focusing on your needs before ours. I'll be here.

You both are awesome. Good daughters, good humans, fantastic entertainers. You both did what ya’ll needed to do. One of the things I enjoy is your real life relaxed Keto vibe. You both are in our prayers. By the way how awesome that you were able to give your dad joy with your channel. You are not alone and all who have walked a similar road get it. Thank you for sharing. 🙏🌼❤️

I am COMPLETELY blown away that you were able to continue filming at all during that period of your lives. And I am so sorry for your loss. ❤
  • Cancer attacks the entire family not just the person whose body has betrayed them. You take me back to my own dad being diagnosed and treated for stage four non Hodgkin Lymphoma. I'm sorry for the journey that this has taken you and your family on. As a doula to the dying , I have walked this path with others... thank you for remembering that life goes on for the patient and the family until it does no longer. It takes time for one to return to themselves... grief takes us away from ourselves for a while... you have done your Dad proud... and you still are. Thank you for sharing yourselves with us... it is important. Please know that many here care and have gone through and are going through similar ... your Dad sounds a lot like my late husband... he met death with a level of grace... and peace... you were the wind beneath your dad's wings ( I know corny)- and now your Mom's. It is a process. Anywho... sending blessings of love & light to your highest good and healing ... 💚💙💚

Emily and Sarah- I am so sorry for your loss. I am 65, and still don’t feel middle aged😉I converted to Keto a little over a yr ago and have lost 45 lbs. Your recipes helped me a lot. I am also crying right now. I lost my mom about the age you are now. I lost my dad about 12 yrs later. Then, my favorite aunt was diagnosed with a rare form of kidney cancer, ( the same one I had, when I was 42.) My uncle was 79, and she was 69. She was so sick so fast. I was retired, and I packed up my 2 dogs and 3 cats and moved in with them. Unfortunately, chemo didn’t work, and she went into hospice. I was with my uncle when she passed. I know how hard your dad’s illness was for you guys. But, he was right about you continuing your videos. You help so much with your recipes, but you always lighten our days with your humor. Looking forward to the podcast!
