Currently homeless, and running out of couches to sleep on :(( going to an office tomorrow to apply for food stamps. Don’t know what to do after, but I’ll try to take this videos advice. It’s depressing, and lonely, and there’s no security. Good luck to anyone else in the same spot ❤️

I am homeless now. I pee outside. I am a female so hope no one sees my body parts. I'm an only child with no parents and I'm 26. It's difficult and I'm tired mentally and physically but I'll keep going as long as I can

I used to be homeless main problem is other homeless people be trying to rob me in my sleep and I have to beat them up

Walmarts usually have a “family bathroom” that most people don’t even notice but the door locks and it’s bigger and it’s a whole room to yourself. (And usually 24/7!)

The Salvation Army never helped me when I asked. One nigh not long ago it was about to pour down rain any min and I told them I'm homeless and needed blankets or jackets and they told me they had none. I was a female alone outside and almost a senior and they treated me like nothing.Ive never heard of them ever helping homeless get a place to live either.

I was once homeless for 2 months the main thing is be persistent an always jump on all opurtunities tht cone your way be nice posituve an believe in yourself worst for me was being judged an looked at like a scumbag it kinda slowed me down inside for some time i theb realized im the reason im in this place in life an its up to me to get out of it i had zero help i used libraries an dollar stores worked ft an 2 months later i was on my feet i now save save save

I sometimes feel that I might be on the borderline of being homeless, because I live with 1 parent and I have no job, if I loose my father like I lost my mother I would have to a shelter, I guess I should brace myself for it.

This is great advice, I’m not homeless but have disabilities and hard time keeping a job and panhandle to pay rent and going to go try to get a government phone and try working again.

My buddies trick for getting a new address to send something to granted he is weirdly religious to the point that I actually listen to him he walked up on a house and said God told him that he would help him and it worked good luck

I’m in a bad household situation, I’ve been sheltered for years and my dad is abusive, he won’t let me do anything. I don’t have friends to go to. I have no job, I have mental health issues, and I need a place to live because I can’t take living with him anymore. If I continue living in this house I’m afraid I might do something to hurt myself forever. I don’t know what to do or where to go. It’s a nightmare every day. I need a place to go
