ABOUT THIS GAME
Medieval Dynasty is a unique combination of multiple successful genres:
Survival: The need to survive, feed and ensure survival through hunting, farming and cultivation of the land.
Simulation: Create tools and weapons, construct and extend houses, stables and all manner of buildings as you grow an empire.
Role playing: Develop your own character, interact with NPCs, take care of your family and form community alliances by helping others and trading freely.
Strategy: While pioneering in the Middle Ages you will found and expand a village, manage the inhabitants, collect resources and produce all the goods you need

I am literally rebuilding my whole village and moving it a little bit since I wanted to optimize it better than I did with the first one. Your video is very informative and makes complete sense to people that might not be good at the game still. Thank you for your time!

Bonchour Mossieur, thank you so much for your guide, was the most usefull i saw so far. Bought it todaay, played like ...two hours. To summarize, this is how id plan my village: draw a circle, crafting goes in the middle, leave the center spot for a tavern, residential area left and right - with a layout - farming and/or water top and bottom, extraction further afield

This is a very useful video - the layout does require some thought, and more room than one initially imagines! Top work, SolutOdka! I just learned the way that crops are planted, during this era. They used long, thin strips of land, pretty much like the current land usage in rural Poland. I tend to put a Smithy I by the mine. It's really just to smelt ores, and to make tools in the early game.

It's freaking me out that you built in the same place I did and built out your town much the same. I looked at your guide because I'm at 55 buildings and looking for some ideas on how to finish up the town as I close in on 65 and my villagers all reproduce into oblivion. (admittedly I moved it from across the river after I found out you can't build on hills. (; )

For the best city design I try the lake city.. Doing a "Viking style village near the water in middle at wood

Thank you for the video. Question: how do you place objects, for example accurate placing of baskets on tables and leaning spears on walls? Every time I “drop” an item, it lays flat on the ground and I cant figure out how to “drag” an item into place. Please help
