World champion Josh Kerr does a 'pace change' workout in Albuquerque, NM at 5,312 ft elevation. 11 days later, Josh would go on to win the 2024 Prefontaine Classic's Bowerman mile in a UK record time 3:45.34 defeating Olympic champion Jakob Ingebrigtsen along the way.

    Really helps me see the reason his kick is so great. Jakob has a great aerobic engine, but his anaerobic speed can't match kerr's.
