The external cladded walls were badly aged and weathered due to the buildings being situated in a costal area. The refurbishment work included replacement of some flashings and soffit panels which were coated to match, leaving a uniform finish throughout the entire façade.
Thanks to the application of Tor Unicover by Cladding Coatings, the overall look of the properties have been significantly improved. Unicover also provides long-lasting protection for up to 10 years, helping extend the lifetime of the buildings.
