I think Tom Hanks was the only one to ever play himself in these sketches. On top of that, he's clearly having fun doing this. That's class under any definition.

That was an amazing cast and sketch. Always loved seeing Will Farrell as Trebek and Hammond as Connery. The others were excellent too namely Norm as Burt and Tom as Tom.

I think that Burt Reynolds appearing and then disappearing is showing what’s happened to Alex’s mind. These celebrity Jeopardy sessions have driven him so crazy, to the point where he’s seeing things.

Norm was the one who originally came up with the idea to parody Celebrity Jeopardy, without him we wouldn't have one of the funniest reoccurring sketches on SNL. RIP, Turd Ferguson!

Tom Hanks deserves an Emmy for his acting, I've never laughed as hard before in any of the Jeopardy skits . Seeing him caught up in the saran wrap, knocking him self out and then his answer being moot because he cracked the screen going down had me laughing on the floor.
