OMG FINALLY! After years of journaling and reflecting on polarity, I realized how simple it is. The DF IS MATTER and DM is the PATTERN, the idea. And creation happens in the merging. So for me on the micro/personal level, my feminine aspect IS the body and the way to achieve union is to give both equal value and expression. When I’m in contrast with something (like when my thoughts and feelings are not in agreement about something), I find the point of agreement, of connection and spiral out from there so when I find a point of resistance, there is a level of trust and agreement already established as a foundation to create new points of connection. As I started establishing this pattern in this small way, it started seeping into how I handle conflict with others, and how i develop new solutions to solve old problems. I’ve been using this pattern in my practice for a a couple of years and my life has begun to transform DRASTICALLY now that it has integrated…like two weeks ago when all of this new energy started kicking off. Sorry if this is a jumbled mess. I’m IN IT atm 😂
