I have and prefer the original S1 because of the treble/bass/reverb controls, I know where they are and there's no need to have to bend over in dim light and see what function they're currently on.

I’ve had this item for a couple of years: this is an excellent review of the S1.

Excellent job my friend. great production value. very informative. I've been on the fence on pulling the trigger. this helps

Does the channel 3 of Plus play BT and the TRS simultaneously? Or it plays only one of them like Pro does? Thank you in advance.

Fantastic professional quality review, especially for a non-musician. You spoke quickly, informatively, with logical points, no verbal diarrhea, "umm... basically..." etc. Thanks. Why the hell didn't they (again) include PHANTOM power for condenser mics???!

I just purchased the pro plus n the mic transmitter. My first Bose n I love it. It sounds so clear n loud. The mic transmitter works great. I’m just amazed how loud this small speaker is. I’m so satisfied with this model.

Thank you for that recording feature info on the S1+. Didnt know about that, and that would be great for me.

Excellent review my friend. I have two S1Pro’s and I love them.
  • the knobs on the app dont require you dagging left or right. all you need to do is drag up and down. its the same behaviour for all phone apps

The xlr output I believe is to connect there sub 1 or sub 2 to take advantage of the wireless setup
  • @GiggleYohoo
This is great. Any idea if this is allowable to carry on a plane as it weigh less than 7 kg? Thanks

This is a great analysis of these 2 products from Bose. I currently have the Bose S1. I am extremely happy with it. I do however love the additions made in the Bose S1 Pro +. I am just not sure if it is necessary for me to make the purchase. I am a Saxophonist/Trumper player. I don't want to have to spend time trying to become an audio engineer to get a great sound with my solo/band performances where we do not have a sound man. Thank you very much for this presentation!

Hey, great video! I’m a singer that performs with a big non electric piano. How can I record my audio exactly? Just thru the voice recorder app on my Mac? If yes would you still be hearing the piano? Thanks🙏🏻
  • 4 hr transmitter... Will work. Most live gigs I play are 3.5 hours at the longest. Plug it back in during breaks. Should work for duration.

Скажите пожалуйста , при отключении s1pro + и повторном включении , настройки частот на каналах 1 и 2 . Сохроняются так же как и были настрояны до того ? Сново не надо каждый раз после отключения настраивать звук?
  • @rjj00
thanks for the heads up on the clicking, something the other reviewers have failed to mention. think I'll go for the non pro varient

Very good review. The Bose app volume can be controlled by moving your finger up and down on the volume control rather than a circular motion.
