  • I plan to use the “ANSWR” keratin smoothing treatment during my relaxer stretches. 1st. I relax my hair and use Olaplex to repair the broken bonds once a week for 3 months. 2nd. I apply the ANSWR keratin smoothing treatment to the entire length of my hair which will smooth out the new growth and last for 3 to 6 months. 3rd. As the keratin treatment wears off my new growth I will know that it is time to restart the relaxer - Olaplex- keratin- relaxer cycle. Throughout the cycle I will use a deep conditioning serum, leave in conditioner and oil the ends to retain moisture balance trimming only if needed. I use the RevAir hair dryer and flat iron temperature set at 390° f to bond the keratin to my hair strands. I wrap my hair and cover at home/ sleeping. I’m new to your wonderful and informative channel! Thank you for sharing! 🎉 Irving, TX USA

Let’s get one thing straight! I don’t LIKE your hair care videos, I LOVE your hair care videos! I also luv your new routine! give us an updated video of your new relaxer routine and how you use the Aphoghee 2 min protein treatment! I have missed you and welcome back😄

Ugh, I got my hair under control, nice and healthy down to my bra strap, then along came menopause and the need to dye due to unwanted greys and I’m now relying on extensions as I don’t like short hair on myself. My hair doesn’t seem to like protein, it seems to make it really dry and tangled to the point I end up ripping it out just to comb it. I’m looking into Henna colour but apparently that can also be drying to hair. Your hair is gorgeous!

Hello Meka! Your hair is looking mighty good and I'm happy that your hair has recovered from the fishtail. By modifying your regimen you are now reaping the benefits of your hard work. I plan to relax next week at 8 weeks post. This was a great video, and the tips were on point.❤

I was also having breakage and I like the tips you have. I was hoping rollersetting would get it back quicker but i think my issue is not the tools it’s consistency. Love your video and your hair❤

Try olaplex during your relaxer. I did and it helps rebuild the bonds and makes it much healthier, but not bone straight.

i had these issues way back and what i did realize is that the constant wrapping of the hair is what kept the middle part of my hair from thriving because if you notice thats where you apply the constant movement from using your brush or comb. Hope this helps you :virtualhug::virtualhug:

I had the same issue too. Breakage at the crown and the middle of my hair would always be see thru at the bottom. I wash, deep condition, blow dry and flat iron every 2 weeks. I use a little bit of oil and moisturiser during the weeks before washing it again. My breakage stopped immediately.
