    You don't comb relaxer through the hair like that. This application is horrendous. And what is up with people blow drying with a comb? You're supposed to use a brush. Girl, never go to her again. Your hair is gorgeous though. If you want to keep your length, do not continue going to her.

    I've never seen any professional apply relaxer in such a haphazard way. She's actually combing through natural hair so roughly. She also took too long to apply the relaxer. The way she washed her hair and combed it out was rough. I guess you have the products that are available to you. Boxed relaxers are so harsh. I hope she used neutralizing shampoo. It looked okay, but what about the health of her hair?

    The smoothing process was looking rather too harsh to me, I was seriously praying you didn't experience burning especially at that point when u said your scalp was on fire
