the thing I like about yeoh is that his workouts are of a good pace and not very haphazard. it makes u have a safe yet full on workout. I'd love to see some non equipment warmups. keep the awesome videos coming yeoh 💪

Just did 4 sets of these 20 Russian Twists 15 Crunches with elevated legs 15 Air bike crunches 30 sec plank 30 sec rest I'm just a beginner so the above may sound weak but great if you have a weak lower back like me or if you're a beginner. I felt I could do way more so I threw in the exercises seen in this video and everything took less than 10 minutes in total and you work up quite a sweat too. Thanks!
