😂 Always check with your doctor. Really?! How many doctors are on top of their Vitamin and prevention game? Instead they will put you on opioids and anti depressants. 😂
  • @Jacob96wv
B1 saved my life . I had only 30 minutes of energy a day of physical activity and thought i was going in the grave at 26 from long Covid . But now it’s reversed

I didn’t know about thiamine until 2014 when my friend was in the hospital for the third time detoxing from a drinking binge and on oxygen for COPD after chain smoking the whole time as well. After each detox he was ready to conquer the world and stay sober, but it only lasted for a week and the high would wear off. So this time I asked what was in his iv drip. I was told thiamine, niacin and electrolytes. When he got out I had already purchased these (and other) vitamins and he started them on the way home from the hospital. The niacin was only for the first few days, but he kept taking the b1 with b12, d3 and magnesium. He didn’t have a single craving to drink for the next six years. In the 7th year he began to smoke again and eventually his health declined. He passed quickly from cancer in ‘21. But for 6 years he was alcohol free which I attribute to b1.
  • It’s also amazing for chronic fatigue syndrome, painful bladder syndrome, Parkinson’s, SIBO, MS and much more!!
  • There was a Hong Kong Veteran survivor I had the privilege of getting to know who passed away in 2021 at 100 years young. He suffered from Beriberi from being held captive as a prisoner of war in the concentration camps for 4 (four) years between the age of 20 - 24 before they were liberated. They were basically giving rice when they were given food. I wish I could have told him about benfotiamine 20 yrs. before he passed away when I initially met him because he tried everything - except this. He's now no longer suffering in the spirit world.

Lord God in Heaven Above let this be true and may it cure me of my horrible pain, I've had enough of it, Amen 🙏
  • @Miss.kittty
Makes me laugh when I hear 'check with your doctor'. My doctor would just laugh me out of his office. If it's not on prescription, my doctor won't go for it. Great video, easy to understand and very informative.
  • @maryjackson3667
You didn't mention Tinnitus it works very well for that also I take 600mg a day and my Tinnitus has improved not gone or cured but the noise in my ear has reduced drastically so it's minimum most of the time and sometimes I don't notice it at all. Benfotiamine is excellent too for insomnia I always take it in evening or in the night a couple hours before bedtime. It has helped me with insomnia. More studies need to be done it's an excellent vitamin.
  • @Thomas-pq4ys
It quickly devolved my anxiety and depression... now, to keep it up and make my neiropathy go away.
  • @5fmuke535
Benfotiamine is great. No more blurred vision, heart pains, and constipation. But it did cause me to lose hair at 300 mg per day for 3 months. So, I use 150 mg every other day in Powder form with food.
  • @Daves2024
I really like your videos. Because of you I started adding D3 and K2 (m7) to my multi magnesium regimen. Now 1 of my auto immune diseases has gone into remission and 2 others have been reduced by 90 percent. So now I am trying B1 benfotiamine as well. I like your presentations much better than others on YouTube because you seem genuine and not a shark. There are a lot of vitamin and supplement sharks out there. So far your advise has been solid and actually effective for me! Thanks!

It’s a rare doctor that knows much of anything about nutrition. That’s why they prescribe drugs instead of food.
  • @karine8738
I have fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety etc I did change my diet. Had supplements too And now adding Benfo again but seriously this time and hope and praying 🙏🙏🙏
  • @mikebrock1965
600mg Benfotiamine and super B complex a day eliminated 80% of my neuropathy symptoms within 2 weeks of starting them. I tried adding Alpha Lipoic Acid and my symptoms returned but went away after I stopped taking it.

I started taking Benfotimide along with Alpha lipoic acid over a month ago, and I was shocked at how much better the neuropathy pain and restless leg syndrome subsided. I had to go off of it for two weeks because of some testing I was gonna have done and sure enough the numbness in my feet the prickly feeling the restless leg syndrome. All of it was coming back. I restarted taking it two days ago I haven’t seen much notable difference yet, but I’m confident that I will because it works so well the first time I started taking it recently.
  • @karmallama7957
This is very interesting. I've had diabetes neuropathy for 13 years and in my country the only option is opiates for pain. For me it's symptom treatment but not a help so this is fascinating because I refuse opiates. Thank you for this and I look forward to learning more.
  • Supplementation with alpha lipoic acid is unfavorable in a thiamine deficiency; make sure that the vitamin B1 status is in order before using alpha lipoic acid. Alpha lipoic acid may lower vitamin B8 levels. Neuropathy can also be the cause of vitamin B12 deficiency! The cause is a greasy substance called Meyeline that surrounds the nerves and serves as a protective layer. When this substance is reduced, symptoms appear.

What’s the difference between benfotiamine and allithiamine?
