I'm working actually right now for Porsche in Zuffenhausen Germany and i’m building the rear axle and the front axle up from the Taycan. I can tell you that the Car is so Heavy because they put the Batterie Drive on the rear axle and it's so big. Fun fact: The Taycan axles are the Hardest to build because they need the most effort unlike the 911 and Boxter that we build there too. Greetings from Germany and we hope you like the Car. It's made with Love and passion.

0:52 I like how you enter the car with a different t-shirt and say "continuity"
  • @philspaghet
The reason I love the Taycan so much is that it's a Porsche that happens to be electric, not an electric vehicle with a Porsche badge. I would take the Porsche ALL DAY no question!

Marques is One of The most professional YouTubers out there. His videos have a perfect flow so you won’t get bored and makes you want to see every second of it, even if it’s 45 minutes long. Well done!

Currently working at the Porsche research and development facility in Weissach. Very cool to see you have a look at the car. Btw. yes that sound is when it changes from first to second gear :)
  • @rvenden
I would always take the Taycan. I do have available space in my driveway, just in case anyone at Porsche is listening. Love your work, Marques. Thanks for this.
  • Dependency on supercharging is probably more relevant in the US by the way. In Europe it is more typical to have shorter commute so home plug does normally do well.

That transition with the clock ticking at 3:25 is smoootth AF !

Ok so now 2 years later I have owned both. Tesla and Taycan Taycan is flat out better For the cost of a Tesla S to a mid level Taycan there is no competition. The model S actually cost more than a nicely spec Taycan. There’s a lot to make the Porsche better but the biggest is the charging. When a Tesla say 250 miles…. You hope. When Porsche says 250 miles… you get 260

Marques:I switched from Samsung Note 20 to Porsche Taycan

Bro he went from reviewing accessories to phones and laptops to foldables and cameras and now my man just reviewing cars. Marquess going to be reviewing rockets by next year
  • Love this car , it’s just amazing. If you ever wanted to drive the millennium falcon - this is it ! Also cool light show features that tie into the sound system

Thanks for sharing👍 Your reviews are very balanced and the amount of information you give is just right and very entertaining... Of course Porsche won't disappoint in driving experience. You could have shown a bit more performance, ie acceleration, maybe 😉 I have no driver license but I do have a good selection of Porsche model cars from the petrol age 😉
  • @wo0tGAMING
as a german I really appreciate the way you pronounce "porsche" instead of "porsh".
  • this subtle bit of silence with the clock ticking at 3:25, then right back into the action had me like "oof, that was fire"
  • @Mannydadgamer
Sick video. I’d take the Taycan all day! Goal is to get one next year 👊🏽
  • Nice review man as usual to the point. Always providing the top quality info. Now, if i was richer than i would buy myself one of these machines.
