29 - Silver Blaze - Part Two

Published 2024-04-15
IF THE SHOE FITZ. My companion and I traversed the windy Moors in search of the missing Silver Blaze. That was our second port of call. Our first was to see Inspector Gregory.. and most importantly, the corpse of the late June Straker... But that only left more questions. Part 2 of 4.

good writing, good acting, their banter is very on spot. BRAVO!
  • I love when Watson will get all serious and poetic only to be cut off by Sherlock dragging him back to Earth lol
  • @Kyman102
Y'know, in some of these episodes, John can be a bit of a putz, so it was REALLY cool to see him actually flex on being a military doctor with his medical knowledge in the examination scene.

My personal hypothesis is that she was likely kicked/stomped on by a horse and there was an attempt to cover it up. People can’t do that much damage but a horse definitely can, espeically a spooked one if she was thrown off the saddle

Watson did so well in this part! Good on him for getting to use his army doctor knowledge to know something was off with the victim's wounds! And good job teasing Sherlock, John, keep it up, mate.
  • Guess containing potential spoilers: It's not an "S" on her skull, it's a "5" from the horseshoe.
