Florida Fish and Wildlife officials told ABC News they have identified a group of young boaters seen dumping trash right into the South Florida waters in a viral video.

Every kid on that boat needs 500 hours of community service, at least. The ones doing the actual dumping? 1k hours. All beach and water cleaning and trash pickup. Maybe boating license (or any operators license) taken away, and it looks like they have enough money to pay some fines that go to Ocean study, research, and conservation.

WTF!!!!! Had to be spoiled brats who feel they can dump their garbage in the ocean, an ocean that belongs to all of us, and to our children and our children's children! I hope they catch them and fine them and or their parents for raising kids that have shown they are disrespectful! 500 hours community service and $25,000 dollar fines!
