That 16 and 7 year old knew exactly what they were doing. They should be charged accordingly. They ruined they’re own life.

It’s just disgusting. It shows contempt and complete disregard for the very resources they are enjoying. So, heavy legal response imo is absolutely necessary. And community service somewhere somehow if possible to try and help clean up what they did.
