    Thanks. I shall try it. I managed to get rid of it fast in this round. I used lots of Lemon juice in water, no sugar. Zinc tablets taken in the morning give me nausea ... I have yet to resign myself to nasal irrigation. It was not covid which I also had two maybe three times. Last time in June 2022.

    SAUNA would help too but it is not easy to find everywhere.
