Welcome to my twenty-ninth video on Yours truly, Jessy!

This week I really wanted to challenge myself to give up my favourite food...rice! Rice is my kryptonite and I could very easily eat it three times a day, in my journey to trying to vary my diet and eat more 'colourful' and healthy food, I thought I'd challenge myself to give up rice. It got interesting, I ate what some people call a sa-lud... it wasn't that bad :) if you had to give up your favourite food for seven days, do you think you could?
