We need to stop judging a book by its cover
Published 2020-09-28
Welcome to my thirty-first video on Yours truly, Jessy!
Today I wanted to admit something with you...I have a moustache and a beard...which I shave almost everyday it's a secret I've been keeping that I no longer want to hide. I am a woman, who due to a few things, have fast facial hair growth...before I even learned how to shave, or on occasions have allowed my moustache to grow to a slightly visible length, I have been judged, laughed at and ridiculed without people getting to know me. I too have judged others in the past and have been proven very wrong, thank goodness for opportunities to learn because I've learned that judging a book by its cover stops you from being able to truly live, learn and love. So today I would like to encourage you to please be open minded and don't be so quick to judge.
Yours truly,
Jessy
