Thank you for including images of stunning mature women. They are inspiring!
  • I make my own clothes, jewelry, and accessories . I have since the age of 9 .Never any logo or labels but my own. I receive compliments on my style and designs .I know I am on the right path away from the cookie cutter outlook.

Buttons on an item is what I have noticed recently..such an easy update to add a touch of elegance

Lovely video! 🇫🇷 Also, French women wear fragrance every day, whether they go out to work, to the restaurant, or simply stay home. 😊 It remains subtle and acts like a personal signature. I think this is also a tip to being elegant (even though it is not « dressing up », as such). 😊

I love all the fashion in this video I'm 60 and i love the french fashion and makeup
  • I agree/disagree. I live in France and dressing like this whilst chic can also be a little boring and blend into the crowd. I love classic pieces but try to add interest in my accessories. For ie instead of a stupidly expensive Hermes handbag I have one from a local designer that has been hand embroidered. Everyone always comments on it! Remember that getting dressed is fun and shows a bit who you are as well so do add elements that you love (be it bright colours, patterns or items of personal significance)
  • Great video. I’m glad you show all ages. Although this video reaches out to older women, target younger women as well. All generations need this message!!

I agree, " less is more". Natural appearance with neutral colours in the outfits. Pay attention to the details. Balance among all the tips 👠

Hello, I wish I knew your name so I can say "Hello ........" Mine is Gisele, I am French Canadian and love fashion...always have. I'm now 82 and. at this time, to help my daughter with her Sexy Plus fashion store for plus size women, I am sewing capelets (short capes made of easy flowing fabric. Women who prefer to cover their arms when wearing something a bit sexy love these. Chiffon, Silk, etc Your comments are very pleasing and your emphasis of "less is more' is so right. A quick look at your complete ensemble is best. .

Yes! Open-minded, fantastic ladies, from whom we should learn a lot! Thank you, for that fantastic video!

I agree wholeheartedly. Mostly I have already been following this excellent advice for a long time. I only have one problem. I'm American and live in an area that's very hot and humid from June through September. Dark colors and many fabrics are just too uncomfortable to wear during that time. I look for cotton, linen, and rayon in light colors, but they are getting more and more expensive and harder and harder to find 😞. Also, it seems a lot of summer clothing for women is too frilly and too many garish colors and prints. I thought maybe I was shopping in the wrong places, but some online searches had no better results.
  • I will incoporate the " no logos" tip moving forward! Thank you for the advise❤

I didn’t know this was French style. I’ve always dressed like this intuitively and I’m English 😂
