Assalam Alaikum Friends,Today's Recipe is basic Plain Vanilla Sponge cake recipe in blender Without oven, Without Cooker, Without butter, Without beater by Hira Khawaja


🔷 Recipe Ingredients 🔷
1/2 cup milk (at room temperature)
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 & 1/2 cup All purpose flour
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp milk
chocolate syrup

*Vanilla Sponge Cake
-Blender Jug
-1/2 Cup Milk
-1 Cup Sugar
-Blend Well
-Add 4 Egg
-Blend Well
-Add 3/4 Cup Cooking Oil
-Blend Well
-Mixture Shift into Bowl
-Add 1 Tsp Vanilla essence
-Mix Well
-1 & 1/2 Cup Maida
-Add 1 Tbsp Baking powder
-Mix Well
-Add Food Yellow Color
-Mix Well
-Butter is ready
-Grease Mould with Oil
-Dust Maida
-Add Butter But Save some Butter For Other purposes
-Save Butter
-Add 1 Tsp Coco Powder
-1 Tsp Milk
-Mix Well & Spread in Cake Butter
-Tap it
-Bake it Pre-Heated Oven for 30 Minutes at 180c
