    I've been doing this once every day for 3 weeks and I'm starting to see results. I'm really happy with it because I have tried some other arm toning workouts from you tube that haven't worked, this one does, and I can't do push up's properly, I do them on my knees, so don't worry if you can't do them just try alternative ways... wall or knees is effective.
