    As a 10 year player with multiple accounts and a co-leader to two different clans I would find it nice to have a Leaders tab for the chat, so the leaders can discuss strategy, booting, promotions and general executive decisions separate from everyone else in the clan. It could be an extra tab added to your chat if you get promoted to a co-leader.

    A monthly 10 min video on what the clash team is working on or even 3 monthly video would be such an amazing step for clash and its longevity as a game. makes us feel like our concerns are heard and that our opinions are valued

    A small suggestion: please do something about revenge system so that we can see the available one rather then tapping on each one out
  • I am 72 (young at heart) and have been playing the game for about 11 years, created 2 clans that are still going, and have 8 villages with my top one being only TH13. I have maxed out all of them at their current TH levels and stopped upgrading TH’s because I can never catch up. So it is good to hear that you have recognized this issue. Thanks for letting us know how your team looks at all the different issues. I play everyday and still enjoy the many different challenges.

    I think the fact that Vesa mentioned that he and the team have many ideas for new and different hero equipment but aren't putting them out yet so that they can focus on fixing the ore economy instead shows how much they care about the health of the game.
  • I think a big part if the hero upgrade conundrum is that you get almost no discernable difference pre and post upgrade. We used to get ability upgrades every 5 levels so that was the goal to shoot for, but now with equipment the main reason to upgrade heroes is gone. The only part of upgrading left are the minor stat boosts which are completely overshadowed by the equipment stats. Over 10+ levels the difference starts to become apparent but level to level not enough changes to justify the immense resource and opportunity costs of hero upgrades. Perhaps shifting some of the stats back to the heroes themselves would help a bit, but may cause more pain as upgrading heroes would once again be a requirement.

    my list of Clash of Clans update suggestions: *Troops:* 1. Pause troop acceleration when the game is closed 2. Show troop count in the battlefield (ex. group of loons, group of HH, RR) 3. Super potion without needing the level required for supertroop 4. Show super troop upgrade stats on the lab 5. Instant troop training potion (maybe not a potion, a magic stone of instant training) 6. Choose castle troops and siege machine in friend challenges *UI/UX Improvements:* 7. Toggle enemy view button in the main village (a button in the uppercorner) 8. Next previous button on clan capital base 9. Profile customization with game-related icons (maybe a decoration hall in the profile) 10. Quick stats menu to show current clan game challenge, treasure chest, builder base elixir, remaining attacks (something you can pop up to quick see what'sgoing on) 11. Tap on top of chat to see who's online 12. Lab icon for quick access (a button to acess like the training button) 13. Show your village name while searching for attack (for those with a lot of villages and don't know in which one is at the moment) 14. Separate buttons for replay attack, 2x speed slow 15. Accelerate all with gems (helpful in the 1 gem army boost and resourses boost) 16. Clear messages in the notification *Clan Features:* 17. Defensive clan castle/offensive clan castle requests 18. Bookmark priority upgrades, one bookmark for each builder (very helpful if you plan something and forget for what you were saving the resource) 19.*** IMPLEMENTED*** 20. Delete all button for request troops 21. Donate only ground/air units options 22. Show available revenges, achievement for revenges 23. Reinforcements without a clan 24. Sponsors badges for pro players clans and players *Gameplay Features:* 25. Allow to click to see the range of defenses when all troops are deployed or if no troop has been deployed yet 26. Custom challenges for content creators 27. Custom war settings 28. Show attack stats percentage and time 29. Private self-attack 30. Confirmation to enter legendary league 31. When starting a new account, set the default screen to the single-player map if no multiplayer attack has been made yet 32. New troop system without a queue, so you don't mess up your configuration when you donate or left something in the last attack *Layout Editor:* 33. Drawing mode for wall, rotate, line draw, circle, square 34. Buy walls before placing them, so you don't need to place one by one every time 35. Remove all of the same building in the layout editor 36. Separated categories for buildings, defensive, collectors, storages, traps, decorations

    A solution for the heroes' downtime problem: Sell a "hero potion" to wake them up for an hour. You gain a new revenue stream, we get to use the heroes in war, and if we want, we can still buy the books to attack in multiplayer or to progress faster.

    I suggest for the hero usage while upgrading, as a 6 year active player, to make it so that hero’s regeneration timer is slowed tremendously while they are upgrading. This makes it so that people can still use them in wars but the people who normally spend money on books of heroes would still need to buy them because they can’t do that many attacks. I’m sure a large majority of players who buy those offers are active enough to still buy them.
