I think its insane that Kevin even made an offer. Its a product of couple of buttons, bluetooth chip and a battery in a rubber casing that Chinese can make for $4-5 and sell it for $15-20 and these guys are asking for $80.

I thought he said 17 dollars instead of 70 dollars. For 17 or 19,99 you can try something like this. There are so many competitors that are in that price range that even at that price it's a big gamble of you get your money back. At 79 dollars you must have to much money if you buy this instead of the 20 dollar competition.

cant see how anyone would ask for 80 bucks on an item that is essentially 4 big buttons. those exist for free on majority of headphones already

This would be awesome if it was for the shower. I can't tell you how many times I have had people interupt me while showering or terrible things come up on shuffle. However, it would need to be max $30 and waterproof
