  • Mark snatches the deal like a thief in the night 😂 Gotta Love It
  • Marks a genius for what he did on that first pitch. He knew Robert made a decent offer so he pretended to hate it and that got in Robert’s head so he went in with Kevin at 1/3. 10 seconds after that offer was made mark swooped in and made the same offer Robert did 😂. Look at the look on Robert’s face after mark made that offer he knew he just got out businessed by a master
  • I love how Kevin summarizes the offers like he's the house speaker
  • The last scene... Mark was so quick that even no one was ready for that. He closed the folder and the deal as soon as the counter offer resembled what he thought of, no waiting for others to consider it. and this is why i find him the most confident.

4 years after the episode was aired in 2014, in 2018 Rugged events (Rugged maniac) was mostly sold to a newspaper giant. GateHouse media acquired 80 percent stake of the business and the rest remained in the hands of founders. Mark Cuban sold his stake double the price he bought it at first. Now Rugged maniac is still operating very well and strong.
  • @ToddFraud
"Do you think I'm overpaying Mark?" "Yeah, but, I'm going to make the exact same offer"
  • Mark has an entrepreneurial gift, he sees what others can not see ahead of time.
  • I know we love to diss Barbara but she was 100% right about not trusting those guys in my opinion.
  • The way Mark did the 1st and 3rd deals show why he's successful
  • Mark always seems to be the smartest shark when he really wants a deal
  • Mark just snooped the last deal and in first deal he outplayed Robert. Mark is the real deal 👏
  • When Kevin says “focus Joe” that means something. He understands the overwhelming feeling when that kind of money gets thrown at you. It’s hard to think. I think that’s awesome that he cares for the business owners
  • Mark always gives the other sharks a chance to close before he does his legendary swoops. The issue the other sharks have is they make ridiculous offers and make it easy for mark to drop and still come out profitable.
  • That second pitch was such a wholesome. I like the new shark Daniel, cool guy
  • Mark giving out 2 mill like its pocket change for 20%😂
  • No way Damon was ready to give $2milly he was soooo glad Mark spoke up 🤭

Barbara: I love your product. I think you're fantastic, your business is phenomenal, and your valuation is perfect. I've been waiting for years for someone like you to come into the tank; in fact, I dare say you are the single greatest entrepreneur we've ever seen, with the greatest business we've ever seen. This product will change hundreds of millions of lives for the better, and generate hundreds of billions in revenue. I think you're beautiful, and I love you. For those reasons, I'm out.
  • Bravo to the hammock company. They knew what they had and stuck to it. I love their mission as well, good for them.
