I have a seiko clock qxm147brh, the music plays on the hour, but i get no movement on the crystals, do you have any idea why? Thank you

They are nice and we paid top dollar... several years later the fancy rotating pieces stopped halfway thru their movement and haven't moved since. The clock still keeps time and plays the melodies. Had the front off, dusty inside, did not go further. Doubt if its worth getting fixed. H
