  • Great job on this video. So many videos like this are just hard to listen to, you have a calming voice and make such a “too the point” video. Thanks my first hat is almost perfect ALMOST 😂
  • @cookie761
Good job! I like making that exact hat and I also like to make two different hats in one. I go for 40 rows with one pattern or color, and then forty rows with black or white (or something that goes with both but a plain color) and then I go for 40 rows with a different pattern or a color that I like. That way, the brim is always the same but you have two different hats, sort of...LOL! It's still 120rows, like the Hat you did in this video. I have a very large head and I cannot wear the Addi hats. I bought a Sentro and it will fits me if I use real soft yarn that stretches nicely.
  • I don't have an Addi (or any) knitting machine, I've actually only ever knit by hand, but this was so intriguing and you were so nice to listen to that I ended up watching the whole thing 😁
  • I have been watching a lot of Addi videos lately to get an idea of how various people do various things. I want to thank you so much for not making us watch all 120 rows knit. No one has time to watch that but everyone seems to do it.
  • I have made several hats with different colored brims but can't wait to make my first reversible one . Thanks for the great tutorial.
  • Wow o wow! It worked! Finished a good, solid hat just as the cold snap rolled in! for real! Was 50 degrees this a.m. & it's now 28. On to the matching infinity scarf! 😎❄⛄😎
  • I purchased a Loops & Thread knitting machine about 6-8 months ago and used it for the first time a couple of days ago. I found your vid today and loved it. If you’re still doing videos I’ve subscribed. I have great-grand children so I’ll be making tons of these 😊.Thanks 😊
  • WOW!!! I crochet and loom knit hats for charity, and I was looking at the Addi Express King as a way to speed up production. Thanks for this great video... this is impressive!
  • Hi I have been knitting these hats by hand for over 40 years. Have often thought of a knitting machine but didn’t know anything about them. It seems very easy think I will start looking for one. Thanks for the tutorial. Live the hat.
  • Hy again, all I can say is “wow” have made 2 like these, turned out lovely, still struggling with sewing together, keep going back to your videos and getting there now, brill, Thankyou xxx
  • I just received my Addi yesterday and this is the first project I am getting ready to make. Thank you so much for doing this video.

You are the Best! Your videos make it so simple to understand the process of using the ADDI.
  • That’s really neat and pretty. I just purchased a Sentro online, so I’ll be trying this when it arrives.
  • Spectacular! My husband is going to be thrilled, as finding good hats has been an issue for him. Thank you so much!! These videos are exceptional!!
  • I know that this is an older tutorial, but it came right on time as my daughter and I finished an addi scarf today. I didn't to realize that the cast on end could be drawn closed like the bind off end. I usually start off with a slip know end try really hard to neatly close up the cast on edge. Also, now thanks to you, I can now make coordinating hats😀😀😀 Thank you once again for a helpful tutorial.
  • Thank you so much for your instructions. They are clear and precise. Thanks again for taking the time.
  • Thank you for the great tutorial!! Got my machine and I’m setting it up today. Yours is the hat I’m going to be making. I’m making hats for hats not hate. Wish me luck. 😊💚😊💚
  • @csdurch
I just received my Addi Kingsize knitting machine, too. Haven't taken it out of the box, yet, but plan on doing so this week-end! Your video was very encouraging. Thanks!
