You should make a video about how you annotate classics! I know for a lot of readers, annotating classics is different than annotating regular fantasy, modern fiction, etc. At least for me it is!

Emma is a good read. Not my favorite (that goes to P&P, closely followed by Mansfield Park), but it’s good. Don’t be scared off by the people who dislike the character of Emma. That was the whole point. Jane Austen wrote Emma because she wanted to write an unlikable character. You’re not meant to like her. Don’t get me wrong, she’s not the worst character ever, but you’re following her journey as she learns and grows into a more likable person.

highly recommend the shady hollow series! i’m rereading them in preparation for the newest book coming out next month and it’s been great going back through the mysteries. cute talking animals, a bookstore owning bird, interesting characters, extremely atmospheric, and so well written. they’re a 10/10 series.

The 2007 Persuasion adaptation is superior and beautiful. One of my favorite movies!

A good version of Persuasion is the 2007 BBC adaptation. BBC's version are, usually, the best!
