It's kind of ironic that Lance had his best performances when his wrists were still half broken.. I mean the car was probably also at its best at the time but still
  • @AnimaDweller
It's been a while since Lance Stroll hit his ceiling. Only difference is that now he realizes it. He knows it's not gonna get any better and its getting to him.
  • @Allblue1
With so much talent that could come into f1 its a shame they* are wasting seats
  • @raulsantana163
Piquet Jr has a podcast and in this week episode he asked around on the backstage and was told Lance asked 3 times, over the years, to leave F1 but Lawrence didn't let him.

Too bad the Lance Stroll maiden win prediction won't ever be fulfilled
  • The perpetual insistence from Lawrence and Krack that it’s just bad luck is such overt nonsense I’ll never be able to take this team seriously while Lance is driving for them.
  • @Sc0tt_e
I love how josh and RPM both post very different videos on Lance within a few hours of each other lol
  • @AvenFallen
100% agree. Especially because he is in his 7th season and there is not really any improvement. And I would expect improvement from the driver who has the most secured seat in the whole F1-grid. (Seriously, even long-term contracts like the ones from Norris or Verstappen are not as secure as the seat of Lance Stroll...)

I’ve always appreciated that this is the one media/YouTube channel that actually acknowledges that Stroll has talent/ability, but I also think this season was the beginning of the end for Stroll. Granted a rejuvenated Alonso as a teammate is borderline unfair but Stroll simply isn’t close enough, & if he hasn’t figured something out by this time next year I imagine he’ll move on to WEC or some form of endurance racing.
  • @Lonaticus
You could've mentioned Giovanazzi and how well he's doing now, even winning LeMans with Ferrari.
  • @andyprendy
The Ireland slander caught me off guard. That one hurt!
  • @Torero2901
We can say a lot about the Stroll family, but together with the Mazepin family they must have the cleanest windows of any home...😂

Dad wanted me to go study, for architect no less. He had it all figured out. I had no affinity at all. I also didn’t have the guts to just say no. Worst couple of years of my life. And when I was finally let go, I still had to pretend to feel down about it. In fact I was elated. Methinks the same is happening to Lance right now. Lawrence is the one with the dream, Lance just wants Big Scary Dad not to be mad at him. I feel sorry for the guy. Of course Lance wasn’t allowed to play tennis professionally. Barking Bully Dad wouldn’t have had a chance to build a company around that. It had to be motorsports so he could buy and run the team. Out of respect and love: my dad wasn’t like that at all. He just wanted me to grab the chances he never got. But the effect was the same, I wanted to please him more than I wanted my own thing.

Mick Schumarer for this passionate commitment lost his seat at HAAS. So, looks like this passion is not needed in most teams
  • @siraajdin2591
I know Vettel was not his best at Aston but I would love to see Alonso and Vettel in a podium potential car in 2024.
  • @cabrelbeuk72
Sportcar in general and WEC especially is so fucking underrated. It gives the best racing currently, races are avail for free in full on youtube after a few weeks only after the race and attending it in person is SO FUCKING AFFORDABLE with SO MUCH MORE ACCESS TO THE TEAMS AND THE CARS.
  • @lukaswild9908
I think that is exactly what they are doing. Lance will stay put in 2024 but then put into the Valkyrie in 2025. Just enough time to get a new driver in, get him accustomed to the environment at AMF1 and also help them in the development of the new car for the 2026 rules. It's a win for all sides, Lance even has the chance for glory as he would have to other people in the car who could help him out. This would also fit very nicely with Alonso saying for years that he would love to return to Le Mans one day and the rumours about Sebastian Vettels return to motorsport. Can you imagine? An Aston Martin at Le Mans, piloted by Alonso/Vettel/Stroll?

I don't think Lance should be commended for coming back so early. He clearly wasn't ready. If he had waited a race or two not only would he have been driving at full capacity upon his return, his replacement also would have been driving at full capacity during the first couple of races. Thus the team would have scored more points.
