  • Hey guys, I have another question. When I do the empty lungs stretching and pull my diaphragm up, I immediately get an immense urge to breath. Is this normal when beginning with these exercises? Cheers, Fabrizio

    Looks like a good routine. With this stretch, how long/ deep can you go? Do you notice a noticeable difference when you don't do the stretch?
