I can so relate to "Beti hui hai, Koi baat nai". We had our firstborn after 5 years of marriage and we always wanted a girl child first. And we did get blessed with a daughter. And just over 2 years later, we got blessed with our second daughter. And that's when most of the people around were like, it's ok koi baat nai, 2 laxmi aa gayi, no one had heartful greetings for us. I was in fact very happy that I would have 3 ladies who will love me (including my wife). Daughters are always closer to fathers. And yes they are very close to me. I am so lucky to have them in my life. Sometimes, I get teary when I think of the moment they will leave me after marriage.
  • "chandi hai toh bhi humari beti hai" hit so many right chords man. Great line!

I had lost 7-8kg when my wife was pregnant, when I had my daughter, I was so happy that I stopped all my dieting and gained like 10kgs :) She is is 2 years old now and I feel really blessed to have her in my life. I actually have a feeling that ladka ho na ho ek ladki jarur ho jaani chaiye :)

A superb act with a wonderful message. There's a well known saying' A son is a son till he gets a wife, a daughter is a daughter all her life'.
  • @Madeeha_shinkoko
jokes aside, imagine his daughter'll grow up to see this and realise he made an entire setup to criticize the people that were 'consoling' him on having her. so sweeettt

As a son of a diabetic man, I could relate so much to the last line. When my father was diagnosed with diabetes my first reaction was - "Aur khao meetha" 😂
  • @Aspirant_hub24
