How to make Potato & Chicken Cutlets at home.
Chicken Tikka, boiled potatoes mixed with spices. After that dipped in egg then in breadcrumbs. Fried in ghee or oil. Serve with ketchup or green chutney.
Ingredients for Chicken Potato Cutlets:

(For Chicken Marination):

Boneless Chicken 400gm
Chicken Tikka Masala ½tsb
Tandoori Masala ½tsb
Lemon Juice 1 large size
Garlic Powder 1tsp
Salt to taste

(For Cutlets):

Boiled Potatoes 800gm
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper 1tsp
Lemon Juice 1 large size

(For Frying):

Egg
Breadcrumbs
