Seeing you draw inspires me to wanna start drawing again :)

My nan and mum are artists and do a business called The Marmalade Cat, they expect me to be a good artist but I knew I never would be. I tried so hard to impress them but I know secretly all my art work was crap. I then stopped drawing for a very long time, I played video games, was interested in fashion and loved pokemon so much, at the time it was my life! Then one of my friends tagged you in my posts, I was like "who the hell is itsbirdy?" I clicked on it and I just saw these amazing pieces of art work. And the best part was, they was mainly Pokemon! I just looked at these drawings for so long, half my day went by and everyday a new upate of another piece of artwork was posted. I was so amazed by these drawings, and the fact the utensils weren't expensive was incredible. The next week I bought myself some Crayola's, rubbers, pencils and inking pens. My mum and nan was impressed by this, I was happy with myself! I started drawing again, it was difficult at first, and at times I just felt like giving up. I still carried on and 4 months later I can certainly say I have improved a lot, I have a lot of improving to do though, I will never be perfect because everybody has something to improve on. But I will try my best. Thanks Birdy so much for helping me start drawing again, it means so much to me!

Already a musician, so I got that part of my life covered, but seeing this video has made me so inspired to try to get my drawings even better, to try things that I never thought I could be capable of on my on with a pencil or anything like that. Next time I'm out, I'm looking for one of those drawing books. Keep it up Birdy. Thanks for the inspiration! 👍
