Funny how insurance works. Want you to pay monthly, but drop you from coverage they know you need...and they still want you to pay though

I like it when the radio stations say "Surfers are advised to stay out of the ocean until the danger of big waves subsides."
  • “ Have you seen the progress of the storm?” wtf “ the waves were breaking one after another.” Well yeah that’s how it works.
  • @flingonber
Who would have thought building right on the beach would be a problem?
  • @kiteblaster
The surfer / "public works employee" knows what's up... but they cut him off. The news is always edited, not about what's real. And you know that insurance companies never lose, always profit, profit, profit off everyone's fears.

Wtf is going on in the world?! Down here in Australia we having bad storms and flooding that just killed 10 and it’s summer, we supposed to be having droughts and bushfires. In England there was a bad storm that killed people, I heard California is having them, it’s crazy
  • @daveclark8337
They were warned since Xmas that this was coming. Why would you park your car there?
  • @paws4mercy643
I was here in 1982 when the esplinade was destroyed then and if i remember correctly FEMA said no to rebuilding here after that and here they are last year and now this year Its not gonna stop and looks like the esplibade will have to move back more Sad to see our beatuful beaches being destroyed
  • As the glaciers melt, the sea levels rise, the waves become larger, the sea erosion increases the coastal towns are overwhelmed with saltwater the cost to repair the damage becomes a huge problem for most people living near the sea, waterways and rivers, now and every year of your life it’s going to get worst. The the sun will come out, stuff will grow, it will get hotter, the stuff will dry, the storms will return with lightning causing firestorms your house will burn, you will rebuild, your house will burn again. Might as well get ready for it, cuss it can’t be stopped.

I'd get my EV out of there, not good to get the car or truck in deep water.

How did they fail to learn a few years ago???
  • Happens every year, every winter. Not really "news", but... sure... flooding sux, yes. Also, microphones dislike moisture, lol.

Well that’s what happens when you live close to the ocean
  • @user-fn1wx9gh2x
I said something about this on a comment like 2 or three days ago in a video of people Trenching a trench from a river tithe ocean which created a big connection between the two

You can't even trust the insurance companies anymore, take your money and leave you high and dry😡
  • @LLL-jb9rp
