During the pizza part, the video says baking soda, but the website post says baking powder. So sorry for the confusion but it is baking powder for this recipe.

Hey! I just found you. My husband and I are on an extreme budget so we can pay our house off in 4 yrs. We are 2 yrs in now and 2 more to go. Iā€™m vegan, but my husband is NOT. He has been eating all of the plant based meals and he loves them. Thank you for great tips. I love your videos and your style of cooking. Thatā€™s how I love to eat. Debt free journey = FREEDOM

It is amazing to see vegan recipes that arenā€™t full of jaw droppingly expensive ingredients! Thank you.
  • @laurawinger4339
I've been watching vegan cooking on YouTube for a while so I can't believe it took so long for you to show up as a suggestion to watch but you were definitely worth the wait. All these dishes look amazing. The epic tightwad in me LOVES the price breakdown. And the aesthetic of your cooking segments is like ASMR for my eyes. šŸ˜

You are SO fab. ā¤ I am a serious home cook for many years, and I really appreciate your perspectives. I love the format you use! Keep them coming. I basically eat a Mediterranean diet but everything you present is 100% applicable. Thank you!!
  • Love your videos and how you incorporate both fresh and easy peasy (canned) veggies to make quick meals! Please do a cookbook!!!!!!
  • @Cheree_Wright
I literally just made the Tex Mex Rice with Quinoa ( Iā€™m out of rice) and canned roasted red peppers ( I didnā€™t have the tomatoes). It turned out great! I wrapped it in a tortilla and topped it with salsa & sour cream & queso fresco( Iā€™m vegetarian). High protein and Easy Peasyā€¦ thank u !

My boyfriend and I both recently lost our jobs at the same time (huge layoffs are happening and weā€™re in the same industry) thank you for creating this video it will be very helpful when weā€™re sticking to our extremely tight budget. Also the quality of your videos are amazing the the types of shots you take really are amazing.
  • @ninaonyoutube6372
This could have not come at a better time with these produce prices going up sky high! Btw. I made your corn and zucchini Spaghetti yesterday for dinner. It was delicious :P
  • @MigueltheMogul
The way you chopped that red bell pepper needs to be a video on its own
  • @thenarddogcooks
What was your favorite budget tip I gave? Or what's your favorite budget tip(s) ?
  • @conniepleasantnails
I love the simplicity on all of these recipes. Iā€™m not vegan but we eat lots of vegan meals most days and I literally can eat the same thing 3 days in a row. Steamed potatoes šŸ„” with salt & pepper and vegan butter and steamed broccoli šŸ„¦ & šŸ„• carrots on top. Or pinto beans over a potato. I also make a layered potato and veggie casserole with those frozen veggies you used. Yummmmmā€¦easy & super affordable

You just popped up in my youtube feed, yesterday. I have already consumed about 10 of your videos, while either jumping on my mini-trampoline, or doing stuff in the kitchen. (Just so you know that I am multitasking and being productive. Not that you care.) And I gotta tell you, I am already a big, big fan! I'm not even vegan. Just a person who loves to cook and eat delicious food, and is always down to eat more and more plants, and less of other stuff. Your style, personality, and cooking skills are FIRE! I've printed a few recipes and am looking forward to trying them, along with many others. And your kids are adorable! (I know that from the giant french toast episode - I have no intention of making the french toast, but I stayed with the video because I saw your daughter at the beginning.) Thank you! I am a happy subscriber.
  • @gailjahn8303
I am so happy I found you! I absolutely love everything about your videos! The music, the set up, cooking demonstration, and the commentary at the end. This is taking my cooking to a whole level I never knew I could do before. Thank you!
  • @Casual_Shots
The diagonal wood grain on the cutting board against the horizontal pattern on the surface beneath it was a beautiful shot.
  • I love your channel! I love your recipes! I am an aspiring vegan on a budget always looking for ways to make simple food that wows my taste buds. Your channel shows how easy it can be.. and your presentations are both clever and inspiring. Thank you for opening your kitchen!
  • @jenniferbath1181
Loving the recipes and the aesthetic of the videos! Tip: find a place that sells spices in bulk, where you scoop out how much you want out of a bin. So much cheaper, plus it's a great way to sample new-to-you flavors.
  • @barbaraparland
I have practically everything for the fried rice so that might be on the books for today. Your no yeast pizza dough is my pizza dough go to...I always add Italian seasoning to the bowl before mixing...so goodšŸ’•
  • @andrewevanyshyn1709
Great video! My approach to meal prep is keeping ingredients in stock that maximize utility, ingredients that give me the largest breath of options for the meals I like (eg onions vs almond flour). I always have things like onions, bell peppers, carrots, and spinach in my kitchen.
