'It's heartbreaking': CNN reporter describes rescue scene in Turkey

I've been in tears. I don't know a single person there, but I cannot help but feel the heartbreak.

Imagine alive under this rubble hoping they get to you with nothing you can do and it's freezing cold...so friggin sad..50 countries helping is expected but still heartwarming to hear. We can be so good when we all work together.

God bless the rescuers and help them get everyone out

So many brave civilians working together to save strangers brings a tear to my eyes.

My God, I cannot imagine being trapped under such a tall building flattened, injured and possibly with multiple broken bones. My heart breaks for all who are clinging to hope and waiting to be found and pulled out. I pray they are found and rescued, each and one of them. My thoughts and prayers are with them and their loved ones! ❤

It doesn’t matter if it happens to my people or your people, it’s still happening to someone’s mom, dad, sisters, brothers, friends, and the saddest of all to me is the children and pets who are affected by this. My heart goes out to the people who have lost in this tragedy and know my thoughts will be with you and I will make a donation to help even tho it maybe small it’s what I can do. Plz everyone do what you can. As I can remember when my people were struggling after 9-11 the world came to our aid and now we come to theirs ❤️Much love to all affected ❤️
