Mayor Mike Millman said the zoning change request would allow 40 townhomes to be built at the intersection of Northeast Woodinville Drive and 126th Place Northeast.

It's going tear up the peacefulness that was once Woodinville, it's going to be a mess of traffic

I agree they should be building more houses but at least half of them need to be affordable as to not fill the area with high end apartments causing a surge in property values and pricing out the community

I remember a strip club in Woodinville called goodtime charlies, i lived there 40 years graduated whs in 1992 great small town until it became a city just like the rest of king county its just a hub for taxes i left 5 years ago and will never regret that choice, sadly i have to return yearly for holidays and this now hell hole makes me sick
