INGREDIENTS:
• Mutton/Goat Meat/রেয়াজি খাসির মাংস – 1 Kg
• Potatoes – 2 to 3 nos.
• Onion paste – 1 medium sized
• Onion finely sliced – 2 large sized
• Ginger – 1 inch
• Garlic cloves – 15 nos.
• Green chilies – 2 to 3 nos.
• Curd/Dahi – 4 Tbsp
• Tomato paste – 1 large sized
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Red chili powder – 1 tsp
• Kashmiri Red chili powder – 1 tsp
• Cumin powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 ½ tsp
• Whole spices for tempering (Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Dry Red Chilies)
• Salt, Sugar, Mustard oil, Ghee as required

খুব ভালো লাগলো আপনার সহজ পদ্ধতিতে রান্না শেখানো টা। বং ইট এর রান্না গুলো ভালো লাগে তবে ওদের প্রসেসিং টা অনেক বেশি। অতদূর মনে থাকে না। আপনারটা খুব সহজ এবং মনে থাকার মত। ধন্যবাদ ভালো থাকবেন
