Scammers typically target the elderly and attempt to steal money by several means.
1. Your Bank Saving or Checking accounts
2. Investment accounts or 401k retirement funds
3. Credit and Debit cards
4. Purchasing Gift cards
5. Cash withdrawls
6. Cryptocurrency
Scammers are ruthless criminals that have no problem stealing every last dime from their victims bank accounts. Please protect yourself as well as family members who might not be familiar with these type of scams.

Don't call them back. Call their mothers and fathers and tell them their son is a thief.

You should call/message his parents if you have the numbers on there. The shame that it will bring his family will be worse than being raided

I was scammed last year, losing 50k, with a new scam. Pretending to be my bank and the FTC. I still lose sleep over it. Keep up the great work guys! ๐

As an Indian person in North America, thank you for exposing these scumbags who prey on the elderly and others who are too trusting. They give the rest of us a bad name and make us feel terrible - like lowlifes. Please forward their info to the Police cyber crime branch of their cities. India has very tough laws pertaining to online crimes now. They will be imprisoned, and their proceeds of crime restituted (where possible).

I just wanted you to know I work in a grocery store and stopped a man from being scammed by telling the scammer he was talking to on the phone that I would let my friend perogi from scammemr payback know what they were doing....they hung up the phone...I stopped the guy from being scammed for $4,000

This makes me feel so good. My father was scammed and he lost more than 2lakhs. For a 74 year old man that is a big hole in his savings. Neither the bank nor police were of any helpโฆ. I can only hope they are rotting somewhere

It's like Mark with his glitter bomb videos. They have no qualms about screwing someone over, knowing it's wrong, but then get so angry when revenged. Like, "How dare you scam me while I'm scamming you!"
