I love how the cast explained it. I only got to watch the OG right after watching this series on netflix. The differences were evident but they did great in putting it all together to still work as a great series. I understand the og fans' sentiments but you should understand the new fans' pov. Our differences is you watched the series expecting a lot and hoping it'll give you the same feeling when you watched it from yrs ago. But to us, we enjoyed it for it is. The actors were great, to some yes they can still improve. People love to throw hate at everything. Most people these days complain easily and it's evident to those toxic fans. I am just glad we are getting s2 and 3. I want the series and whole cast and team to be successful coz they all deserve it.

People who are giving too many harsh critics need to watch this interview, and the other interviews as well.

I really hope the actors and actresses around Ken Leung (Zhao's actor) because he seems to really know how to understand the thing that drives the character he plays. This is probably why he was really good in his scenes as Zhao.

Ken Leung is very smart and articulate but I like what everyone has to say as well.

The adaptation was phenomenal and the entire cast and crew did an incredible job and it is so sad that so many wanna be critics have tried to pick it apart never quite understanding adaptions can never be the same as what they are adapting. Even more so when you are adapting from a comic or cartoon as they are here to live action. What matters most is did they get the characterizations right and to me they nailed the characterizations. And I would like to say from the bottom of my heart thank you to the creators cast and crew for an incredible adaption of a beloved cartoon.

Exactly!! I don’t need to comment anything to defend this show this time, because I’m hoping this speaks for itself enough to make the point to the toxic fans out there. If the haters knew how to write a story/script, they would have very little complaints if any at all.

I love the light music you put behind the audio. It really improves the production value to me.

I love the cast❤ the actors really get hate for something they didn't write or chose they are just acting they doing what they are told to do and like they said the live can't be like a anime they need to change things for all new fan to understand stop the hating i like the live action even more than original because it focus only on main story and don't have filler eps in it and don't have the teenager or love staff i hope they keep it like that and if if they do a love i hope it between zuko and katara

While s1 of LA ATLA had flaws I think people are forgetting how s1 of ATLA actually was and are only remembering the series as a whole
