I'm so happy I found this video! I just graduated from Cal, and I studied English like you. I just got invited to speak with a recruiter about a change management role, and this really helped break down what it is.

Thanks, Kristina, for this very helpful overview of change management consulting, including typical types of change, stages of change, and client management.

Thank you K Choi! The company I am working in struggles to change. When I heard people complaining (including my manager, my boss...), doubting, rumouring around, my little petite head was overwhelmed, not to mention my mood. So I am getting very interested in this topic. K Choi you are becoming my role model haha~ #the power of an amazing influencer#

I’m planning on doing a master in management this coming September. The company i currently work is constantly changing every 6 months and always want the employee input. I always have ideas in my head to make the systems run smoother. It seems so interesting. Thank you for this

I am a change manager/practitioner. I think you did a great job at a high-level change management consultant role - what's the point of companies having role(s) like this. And I agree with the "why" you choosing this role; helping others in this way makes it worth while.
