I was in therapy and it did not help. I have always had anxiety my whole life. My mom said I was born with anxiety. I way I deal with it is better then what the therapist said to deal with it.

Emmett and I play the switch but I have to know what game his is playing. Emmett lost playing switch for part of day on Saturday because he hit my hand with the controller.
