-150 gr (5 oz) of fresh carrots
-3 spring onions
-2 garlic cloves
-250 gr (8.80 oz) of potatoes
-2 pinches (1 tsp) of salt
-black pepper
-3/4 cup (75 gr) chickpea flour
-1/3 cup (80 ml) plant based milk
-150 gr (5 oz) of firm tofu
-olive oil

Thank you for sharing this recipe! There is a popular Indonesian snack called 'bakwan sayur' (literally, vegetable fritters) that's very similar, but the use of chickpea instead of regular flour makes this even better. I tried it this morning using whatever veggies i have in the fridge, and chickpea flour + chickpea milk... really great. Wanted to come to ask if these can be frozen, but then realised they are all gone, so it's moot haha
