Out of the ballpark again!! That tray is definitely high-end. Frame with tulip print-didn't like that one; but when you added your print, it made a huge difference! Looks so much better. The mat you added blends so well with your print. Oh girl, that hurricane dupe is out of this world! Love it! The blue ginger jar added to your decor looks perfect. Great projects today, Lisa. Love the new spring decor. I have done something similar with a tray I found at a garage sale for $3 I used some blue napkins that had tea cups on it Like you I painted the tray and used mod podge Since it was going to be in the kitchen I cut a dollar store clear plastic chopping mat to size. Now I can put dishes or cups on it without destroying the napkins. I like your idea of using bags
