Five into three just won’t go in the fight to land Red Bull F1 seats in 2025, and within that equation is the inevitable outcome that one current Red Bull driver will be dropped this year.

Both Red Bull’s main team and its second outfit have key roles to play in the F1 silly season that has started unusually early in 2024.

How that shakes out is going to be massively influenced by what Red Bull does. And two recent revelations mean we now know exactly what its choices are - which guarantees disappointment is on the cards for some of the drivers in contention.

  • Dan Ric: one of the most popular personalities, fighting for his place in F1 Windowlicking Stroll: Universally hated with the most secure seat on the grid with no achievements.
  • As much as I enjoy Danny Ric I think its pretty clear he just doesnt have it any more and hasnt had it for some time now. Lawson is young very hungry and really deserves a spot on the grid.
  • “Marko is a big fan of Lawson” Since when, his genius idea was to sign Nyck de Vries over promoting him 😂
  • @realruppert351
I bet on Perez staying at red bull. If Horner wins the backstage power battle, Ricciardo will stay if he is able be just decent. Tsunoda will go because of the lost of Honda. He will be Aston reserve driver if Stroll is not dumped by then.

‏‪3:49 he nearly dropped in Q2 in China. But Perez indeed performs the best when he's out of contract, in 2020 after Racing Point announced Vettel, Perez was on fire.

IF ONLY there was another new team on the grid to offer driver spots.. 😂
  • @nikks1371
I'm just sad that Yuki's been having a pretty good year so far, but won't get considered for the Redbull seat. Hope to see him go to Aston and hopefully get a win one day
  • @adr8
A few months ago Riccardo was going to replace Checo 😂
  • @jstoli996c4s
Checo isn’t going anywhere, if he keeps up his recent performance.
  • @Halarue
my man Yuki doesn’t even have his own section 💔
  • @vinieho263
The fact that Ricciardo is still in the conversation for the RB seat , is a joke. I’m surprised he still has a spot on the grid at this point.
  • Taking Danny into their team seem like a mistake, they should have promoted Liam into the sport and didn't have to deal with this headache
  • @Murtie85
God I know these guys are paid a fortune but it must be hell to work for Horner & Marko..neverending suggestive comments about their driver's futures, unless their name is Max
  • @kurtm5545
I swear if Danny Ricc gets an RBR seat…give Lawson his darn shot already
  • @htcf124
Horner said after marko that there are no talks with sainz . Horner now has full control of the redbull decisions . They keep marko just to make Max happy. Checo is the number one option to be a max teammate for the 25 and 26.

The Universe is telling Danny he needs to go. He is too stubborn to accept it.
  • Tsunoda being a confirmed keep is a weird take considering he was there mainly because of Honda and now that relationship between RB and Honda has completely fallen out so RB has no obligation to Tsunoda whatsoever.
