2 kg pork belly.
Divide into 3 parts.
Rinse and dry with kitchen paper.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Put in a hot pan without oil.
Fry on high heat until golden brown on all sides.
Add 500 ml light beer and bring to the boil.
2 teaspoons dry garlic.
Cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Turn after 10 minutes.
Add 2 teaspoons of sugar.
1 teaspoon paprika (heaped).
50 ml soy sauce.
Cover and simmer over medium heat until thickened, 1 hour 45 minutes.
Grate 600 g potatoes.
Grate 1 onion.
Salt and mix well.
Cover and let rest for 5-7 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Pass the potatoes through a sieve.
We drain the juice from the potatoes. We need potato starch.
Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
1 egg.
Pour the potato juice into a cup, leaving the starch on the bottom, and add to the potatoes.
1 tablespoon of flour.
Mix well.
Put 1 tablespoon in hot oil.
Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
Turn the meat several times during cooking.
Squeeze 3-4 cloves of garlic.
sprigs of rosemary.
Cover with a lid and simmer for another 15 minutes over low heat.
Cut 100 g raw smoked bacon.
Fry in a hot pan without oil.
Chop 2 cloves of garlic.
Fry for 30 seconds.
Add 200 ml cream.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Our delicious dinner is ready.
Sprinkle with parsley.
It turned out very tasty.
