    Quick tip: whey protein has a slightly imbalanced amino acid profile. Lots of BCAA’s and cysteine relative to more benign AA’s such as glycine, proline, etc. You can balance 30-80g whey protein out a bit with the AA’s provided by collagenous meat, which can be in the form of 10-20g protein from “hydrolyzed collagen” powder.
