Hwy 401 wrong way crash: Pursuing officers lost sight of suspect vehicle, new report reveals

In a report made to Durham police, findings show officers lost site of the vehicle as the chase dragged on.
It ended in a collision that killed a three-month old child and his two grandparents.
The 21-year-old driver of the vehicle also died at the scene.
