My personal favourite is Larratt, however I cannot deny that Brzenk is the best arm wrestler to have ever lived.

My father met John brzenk once and he armwrestle with John and he told me his arm feels like a brick wall that can’t be moved. His whole wrist and finger are metal.

He has such a strong toproll/hook combination and he adjusts his style quickly to a press or whatever he needs based on the strength and style of his opponents. On top of that, his calm demeanor is deadly. Got to love the legend.

The amazing thing about John is that he's armwrestling pure heavyweights, guys who are 6'4/250lbs, look at some of these massive 260lb Eastern Europeans and Russians that he has demolished over the years. Add to this his age, and it becomes even more amazing what he has done.
