Armwrestling training is much different from your usual bodybuilding routine and workout. We don`t just train muscles but we train tendons mostly. Armwrestling workout main focus is increasing grip and finger strength. Armwrestlers train also something called side pressure that is useful only in armwrerstling. So cool to see John fighting these younger guys, as frustrated as he seemed to lose to Pushkar he was still gracious and chuckling in defeat. Respect to Pushkar as well for showing John respect and not screaming in his face.

From age 20, in 2006, to age 29, here, Pushkar really blew up. His opening smash went from being stoppable by a few to being unstoppable.

Pushkar improved a lot since 2012. He reminds me of a peak Travis Bagent with the left hand. Flashes through opponents like nothing.
